Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the digital services and subscriptions that we provide, all sales are final and there are no refunds. Once you have purchased a subscription, you will be billed on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation must be made prior to the next billing cycle in order to avoid being charged.

You will continue to have access to the service or plan until the end of your current billing cycle.

If you are not satisfied with the service that you have received, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue. However, we do not offer refunds for digital services and subscriptions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Digital services and subscriptions are consumed immediately upon purchase. Once you have purchased a subscription, you have access to the service or content for the duration of the subscription period. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on the “Subscriptions” tab.
  3. Click on the “Cancel Subscription” button next to the subscription that you want to cancel.
  4. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the cancellation process.

Please note: If you cancel your subscription after the billing cycle has begun, you will still be charged for the current billing period. You will not be charged for any future billing periods.

If you cancel your service or subscription after the next billing cycle has begun, you will be responsible for that month’s payment.
